I rely on my reputation and simply turning up when I say I'm going to goes a long way to putting peoples mind at rest for the jobs they have lined up. If for any reason out of my control I cannot make it then I will always phone ahead and reschedule (not that this happens very often). I always plan to be with you when I say I will.
