Devlin Property Maintenance Services was founded in order to meet the growing number of home/domestic and business/commercial owners who needed a reliable, trustworthy and reputable tradesman to look after both day to day maintenance and major improvement works to their properties. We don't just do the large projects, hanging pictures, fixing sticking doors, painting and general handyman odd jobs are all within our remit.

With a wide range of skills and a back-up team of specialised craftsmen, we are sure to take your project from initial design to full completion, there's no need for you to arrange different trades for each part of the project.

Our work is never priced blind, we always meet the client and assess their needs and the scope of the project to be completed. A free survey of works will be carried out and a written quotation produced detailing the labour and estimated materials costs.

Our simple approach is that once the work is agreed a deposit for the materials is taken and the balance of the cost payable on completion. We have trade accounts with most of the local and national suppliers and pass on our discounts where possible. Where large projects are undertaken we may stage payments so that both the client and Devlin Property Maintenance Services can keep track of costs and project progress.

"Fully Insured"

Devlin Property Maintenance are fully insured with £5m public liability cover and only use working partners who are also fully insured. We don't like to think that we'll ever need to call on our insurance, but for our peace of mind and yours we can supply a copy of our certificate prior to any work starting should you need us to.

We operate within Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Kent and London but can quote for your project outside of these areas if required.
